现任艺术学院副院长。
在日本的爱知县立艺术大学(Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music)获得艺术硕士学位。专业上一直从事平面设计的视觉传达研究和教学，特别是平面图形的视觉语言研究。

本人从本科毕业以来，一直从事平面设计工作，包括书籍装帧、版式设计、插画和海报设计。1999年进入四川大学艺术学院任教后，更是以设计中图形的视觉传达作为研究内容，这些作品以海报设计和标志设计为平台，对作为平面图形（符号）的视觉语言形式的研究，特别是对中国文字和符号的图形语言传达研究。

Since I graduated, I have been involved in graphic design work, including book cover design, layout, artistic illustration, and poster design. I have been teaching in the Arts College of Sichuan University since 1999. My research is mainly about visual communication and education from a graphic design perspective, especially research about visual language from plane figures such as Chinese characters and symbols.
