1964年生, 中国美术家协会会员，河北省美术家协会油画艺委会副主任兼副秘书长。河北师范大学美术与设计学院油画系教授、硕士生导师。

画面吸收中国传统绘画元素与西方现代绘画理念，运用多点透视、移动视点的艺术手法，色彩不受光源色、环境色影响，采用主观色、装饰色彩关系。造型上吸收中国山水构成原则、西方几何元素。画面具有一种独特的艺术语言。

Xu Zhenguo is a member of the China Artists Association, deputy director and secretary of the Hebei Artists Association, Oil Painting Committee. He is also professor in the Oil Painting Department of the College of Art and Design at HNU and supervisor of postgraduates.

The picture absorbs elements of both traditional Chinese painting and modern Western painting philosophies. The picture makes use of the artistic techniques of multipoint perspectives and moving viewpoints, and its color adopts the relationship between subjective color and decorative color without the impact of light source color or ambient color. By combining the Chinese landscape and Western geometric modeling elements, the picture presents a unique artistic language.
