Wang Guobin graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Currently, he is professor in the College of Fine Arts at HNU and supervisor of postgraduates.

Lishui, Zhejiang province, is located along the southern Yangtze River. It is beautiful, with verdant trees, the fragrance of flowers, singing birds, and spring-fresh air. The bridges in the painting, and buildings across the river, are also impressive.
