此作根据我在水乡乌镇的水墨写生稿创作加工而成，乌黑的梁柱就像书法一样刚劲有力，砖灰色的地面与霉变的白墙构成了画面的黑白灰节奏，画面中央是一个圆拱形的红色的 门。黑白灰红交相构成颇具东方神韵的绘画意境。

Drawing inspiration from my Chinese ink painting draft in Wuzhen Town, I paint the black beam columns as powerful and vigorous as a calligraphy. With its brick-gray ground and moldy white walls, the painting presents a dynamic picture of black-white-gray, which frames a red round-arch door in the center. The crossing or overlapping of black, white, gray, and red forms its artistic conception and manifests its Oriental charms.
